This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness centre, and an indoor pool. On my first stay, the staff kindly guided me to local dining options, which I remember fondly. Highly recommended! I'm coming back for a weekend.

Just a solid selection for a quick break in Kelowna, great for the money. The check-in process was flawless and efficient. Try to arrive earlier if possible to avoid parking issues later on.

updated rooms, modern design, convenient location

Incredibly concerning to see a group of intoxicated guests upon arrival!!! Poor cleaning in the sink area and the non-functioning lamp. Also, the thin walls made it hard to get any peace and quiet!!!

the lack of fully darkening curtains was a bit disappointing in the morning. The breakfast was good, with plenty of options, but I found the atmosphere a bit too clinical for my taste. Overall, a nice stay with helpful staff.

Spacious King Suite with Sofa Bed had air conditioning, heating, microwave, fridge, and tea/coffee maker. Loved the indoor pool with water slide and hot tub. Fitness center was a bonus. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice desk area.

We had a fantastic time during our three-night stay! The kids loved the pool and the water slide, and the spacious room with the two comfy beds was perfect for us. The only little hiccup was that the heater was a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin our fun—definitely plan ahead for breakfast. it gets busy! 😊

Family vacation, mostly good

The staff at breakfast were working like machines, handling a ton of guests and keeping the food coming! Also, they helped us change rooms when the first one had issues, which was a huge relief – we got a different suite without much hassle.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

The King Suite with Sofa Bed was roomy, clean, and very updated, which made for a comfortable stay. Appreciated the thoughtful touch of having the heat turned up for my late arrival, and the bed was fantastic—perfect for a good night's sleep. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options, but the inability to darken the room fully with the curtains was disappointing, letting in unwanted light at dawn. Also, the setup in the bathroom was a bit awkward, with potential safety hazards when exiting the tub.

Had a splendid stay here! Our King Suite with Sofa Bed was roomy, clean, and very updated. The service was exceptional, especially at breakfast, where a staff member was hustling to keep food stocked for about 200 guests! The indoor pool was a hit, thanks to the waterslide that our kids enjoyed immensely.
